Blufin is a great spot for sushi as well as classic asian dishes. My partner and I love the miso soup and spring rolls to start! The fried rice is to die for and so are many of the main dishes. This time we had the seared scallops and they were perfectly cooked! The servers are very friendly. There is parking in the rear of the restaurant.

1st experience here;The place is gorgeous-earth tones-dark interior w steel and organic materials. And the patio with flowers surrounding it was lovely. The crew had great energy. Came during lunchtime and I would strongly recommend coming during those hours as the beer-rolls-kobe sliders w their delicious fries for $12 was excellent. I had a salmon/tuna/eel avocado roll. The salmon n tuna rolls were alil.small but I liked! The taste/quality. They were literally like $4-5 a roll so what do you expect. I would easily give this place a few more tries to sample some of the more expensive signature dishes. Alil pricey regular menu but i paid more for less down the street. there were some delicious looking items i spied coming outta the kitchen!

Blufin Sushi is a wonderful restaurant, delicious sushi, beautiful atmosphere. I would say the sushi is the best part. My family really loved the dumplings and sesame chicken, but they were just satisfactory to me. The sesame chicken was a little overcooked. The sushi was amazing though and the service was great.

Didn't have the diamond poke bowl that I wanted, but my 2nd choice was good - the rainbow bowl. Service was good and atmosphere was great. I can eat with chopsticks fine. My only complaint was that the different fish inclusions in the bowl were in single big prices. Wish they were cut up a bit or I would have had a knife to do this myself.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Bar side of the restaurant is my favorite side to sit, much better atmosphere. Food and presentation are always great. Servers always do a great job!

Bluefin Sushi is a regular, relaxing and dining spot for us. The food is fantastic, the drinks are very specialized and the bar staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Sarah makes your drink with special care and detailed attention. Relaxing way to end your day...or enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. Glad they are a part of our community.

The atmosphere here is relaxing. The staff is often lively and fun. The food is amazing and unique. If you are looking for a new spot with some unique flair, this is the place i would gladly recommend to you. The beef sushi roll is to DIE for. (SOoooo good!)

Sorry Grosse Pointe, you need another few sushi spots. This one looks like a sports bar and frankly I guess a short order chef can equal the quality of the sushi. It’s one of those places where they put very little seafood in the sushi and what they do put in is unspectacular. Happily for them, they have a lock on sushi in the area!
